Several people have asked about my treadmill- we have a Reebok model that we got at Academy about 5 years ago for $800 or so. They said we needed one with a big horsepower since Mr. Sasha was pretty heavy. It has been a great treadmill and is still going strong.

**Ahem** I may choose to keep the semi truck sized tire that has grown around my mid section but I am still way cool! I feel all left out in the upper blogroll section just simply title: if you have some extra time. It goes along the lines of, if you have some extra time, you should cut your nose hair. It does nothing to indicate how incredibly cool I am even with what amounts to a floatation devices stuffed into my jeans! :D
