Secret: Fabulous Homemade Pizza
Williams-Sonoma Nonstick GoldTouch™ Pizza CrisperDo you know about these fabulous pizza pans? Until very recently, I did not and always lamented that my pizza crust never quite baked right- it was never the same crispness in the middle as it was on the edges.
Some friends invited us over for pizza one night and let us in on the secret: these pans!
We don't have a Williams-Sonoma locally, but I picked up a similar pan at Target last week and I am so glad I did! What a difference! I am sold and will never go back to regular pizza pans.
