My review: 4 stars
I love a good psychological suspense novel and The Lies We Told by Camilla Way did not disappoint. The author gives us two story lines- one set in 1986 and the other in the present. I thought the dual story line worked *so* well- I was trying my best to figure out how they would be connected but will admit to not having it all figured out by the time it was revealed. I felt very invested in the characters- in particular Clara. There were so many twists and deep dark secrets! I really enjoyed this book and was quite surprised at the ending.
