Penelope Ward is one of my "DEAR" authors (Drop Everything and Read) and Toe the Line did not disappoint! I adore friend to lovers and second chance stories, and although Archie and Noelle's slow burn love story broke my heart a few times, their ending left me smiling. Loved it!
